Why I made this cross:
I really like what King of Spades does when mixed with red crystal type plants. I’m also hoping this combo will yield some of the nice KOSxRC mutants that we’ve come to know and love.
The mother plant was purchased as a small seedling from Haji Ulih (HU), the original creator of the King of Spades. The pollen parent was purchased as a small seedling from WildRoots and continues to produce high silver foliage.
These are curretly germinated seeds. I will always select the largest and most healthy seedlings. These are grower’s choice since they are still too small to be showing unique characteristics yet. Once they get larger I will list exact seedings for sale, but their price will be significantly higher than what they currently are.
I cull very heavily for runts and will never sell you a seed, seedling, or plant that I wouldn't be happy to receive myself! Note that with anthuriums grown from seed, there will always be genetic variability.
